La Crosse Professional Weather Center Review

Reviews of the WS-1516-IT Professional Weather Center are mixed.

Sample Postive Reviews

I bought the La Crosse WS-1516 and then read some reviews. They had me scared but also made me get prepared. As soon as I received the WS-1516-IT I read the instructions and took my time setting it up.  Had no problem mounting the unit and everything works great.

I have had no problems setting up the weather station and it seems to work well. However, going between screens can be a bit frustrating.

Sample Negative Reviews

I have had this for 2 years. Each year I have to replace the wind cups at $9.99. This is not made well. The display is harder than you think to read, making you push button after button combination to get data. The rain gauge stopped working right away.

Right out of the box the anemometer would not report any wind speed or direction.
